Tasha Miller studied fine arts at St. Martins School of Art and Design, and drama and movement at Dartington College of Arts. After graduating from the Alexander Technique Teacher Training Course in Totnes, Devon in 1983 she pioneered the Alexander Technique the iPAC way in Cardiff, setting up the Cardiff Consultancy for the Alexander Technique and establishing the program at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Tasha has an honours degree in psychology and a Diploma in Health Studies from the Open University and is planning in the near future to study for a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. She continues to develop and refine her innovative teaching model which she applies to singing and piano playing and has published a highly regarded book about the Alexander Technique through Nous Publishing. Tasha is a member of STAT and CANSTAT.

Tasha is one of the Directors of Alexander Technique Atlantic and is the originator of the iPAC way of teaching.
